She NEVER answer a phone call or text during the tax season.. Not even by accident. You will have to visit at her office and be lucky to find her. If you find her... expect long waits. We gave our papers two months prior to file taxes due date, but she didn't have it done on time. We had to make several visits to have her tell us she will be working on it soon. At the end, she had to ask for an extension. She finally did it a day after and not only that.. we are now trying to buy a house and we've been told there are several mistakes on our taxes. So BEWARE! She looks cool at first and she has low rates .. but you might regret it!
