State Wide -24 Hour Taxi

This Company came through for me when I was in a bind. They went the extra mile to ensure this whole transaction was a smooth process from start to finish. They quoted me a price and never waivered from it or tried to add any hidden fees. I would highly recommend this reputable company to any individual in need of taxi services. The staff were all great and friendly and were pleasant to talk to on the phone.

I was going to be in the Orlando FL area for a convention and wanted to reserve a cab to take me from the airport to the hotel i was going to be staying at. I asked the guy who picked up the phone with just an irritated hello, what his rates were, because i had no idea how much such a s trip would cost and before i reserved a car and committed to a compan, i wanted to make sure the price was reasonable. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A QUOTE and repeatedly said "nuh-uh you are going to choose the first cab you see when you get off the plane, stop wasting my time.' Honestly, i'm glad he didnt give me a quote and i'm glad i didnt choose this company, because i would want to my money or my life in the hands of an jerk like that. Goodluck with your business and wasting your own time. I give you 5 negative stars and i had to choose one star only because the site made me.

Called these guys at the last minute. I was in a total rush going crazy, the driver was there in about the time he said.he even called me about 3 minutes prior to getting there so I could gather my things. He opened the door shook my hand, handed me a card before even leaving the parking lot & never started the meter til we were out of the complex. The van was very clean & he was polite even though it was 5:00am in the morning. I totally understand why this company has the rep they do. They are very personable & polite & would definitly use them again. Keep up the good work & thank you so much. You saved me

Very poor customer service. This company advertises as 24 hour availability, yet when I called for an early morning pick-up to the airport, someone literally picked up the phone and hung up on me... twice! Had to call another company...Don't advertise as 24 hours if you're not going to take calls 24 hours!

THESE GUYS ARE GOOD, THEY WERE THERE ON TIME. TOLD ME EXACTLY HOW IT WAS GONNA GO. VERY INFORMATIVE. YOU GOTTA FIGURE IT LIKE THIS, ITS A TAXI SERVICE, JUST CALL TELL THEM WHERE YOU ARE, & WHERE YOUR GOING. DONT WASTE ALL YOUR ENERGY ASKING HOW MUCH!!!! NO TAXI CAN GIVE YOU A GARUNTEE PRICE IF IT IS METER TAXI. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THESE GUYS, I HAVE TAKEN THEM MANY OF TIMES & WILL PROCEED TO TAKE THEM. THE GUYS ARE REAL, THE VANS SMELL GOOD. THEY KNOW THE AREA & THEY GET TO THE PLACE FAST, JOB WELL DONE.

I came to Orlando with some gf's for a get a way. We wanted to have fun and party but no one in my group wanted to be the designated driver. We called several companies to see who we could find to help us. A lot of companies did not even want to talk to is assuming we were just a bunch of kids who would be cheap or try to cheat them out of money. We called Statewide and the person who answered the phone was amazing. He listened to what we wanted and said he would be glad to help. He said he remembered doing that when he was young and was glad we recognized the need for a DD. The driver arrived on time, made all kinds of suggestions of places we could go and gave us his card to call when we were ready to go back to our hotel. We called him and he was there on time to pick us up and take us back. It was such a relief to be able to enough our girls getaway and not have to worry about driving in a strange town after partying. The driver was even willing to take us to multiple places in one night. We were so impressed we used them during our entire stay. If you are looking for a totally awesome taxi call Statewide. They are da bomb!

Horrible service. I wanted to ask how much a trip would cost. The man that picked up told me that I shouldn't call and do that. I didn't argue and tried to find other cabs that could give me an estimate. I then was TEXTED by the company telling me that I should stop trying to call for a cab company. Following the message were more messages filled with vulgar and inappropriate language. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Do yourself a huge favor and find another service, because, in my opinion, walking would be TEN TIMES better than taking a cab from these overpriced, unprofessional, and horrible service.

Way awesome cool ride. Definitly worth the call. They got there quick, clean & they spoke english, Totally cool guys.

I was simply Asking what their rates was since I've never used a taxi service before and the guy on the phone gets mad says "f*** it" and hangs up!!!!! Honestly if I knew where they were located I would get a cab just to go there and tell him a piece of my mind!

Just finished up with this taxi company, would recommend them to anybody coming into town, whether being business. Or pleasure. They are very knowledgeable of where they are going & have been doing this for awhile as you could tell. The driver made it a priority to get to where I needed quick due to me being in a hurry.

I called this business to inquire about round-trip taxi rates regarding travel within the Orlando area. The dispatcher immediately cut me off during my question at which point I declined their services and hung up the phone. The dispatcher at this business TEXT-MESSAGED me on my cell phone, the number which I called from, and stated, "Do yourself a favor. If you have 2 ask how much in the first sentence u cant afford us. Have a great day". I called this person back twice and they did not pick up the phone, at which I point I left a message stating that I would complain to the better business bureau regarding this horrible customer service. This dispatcher or receptionist went out of their way to text message my personal cellphone to be extremely insulting to a consumer inquiring about round-trip taxi travel rates. I had called this business first as I searched online and it had great reviews. I am perplexed and angry at the way this dispatcher / receptionist behaved. His behavior is uncalled for and unnecessary and nobody deserves to be treated this way.

I didn't even get a chance to use their service because I lived down the street from the destination (about 4 miles). I called and said I need a taxi, I said where, and then I said my destination. The operator said "is that down the street?" I said "yes", the operator said "oh, we don't do those." So it's obvious that they will only accept LONG distance calls with probably $20+ fares...good job guys!

As I write this my son is in one of their cabs. I live in another state while my son goes to school & works in Orlando. He got off work at 1:00 in the morning, his ride didn't come & his cell phone was going dead. Not knowing how else to help from so far away, I picked a taxi off the internet. The driver was extremely pleasant to talk to and was to my son within five minutes. He even had my son use his cell phone to call and let me know he was okay and in the taxi! I am very thankful for the fast and courteous service and for the peace of mind to know that my son is safe! We will definately call them again if the need comes up.

I WAS IN A RUSH LAST WEEK CAUSE ONE OF FRIENDS WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE TO THE AIRPORT & IN THE PROCESS OF GOING THERE , OUR CAR HAD SOME TYPE OF MECHANICAL PROBLEM. WE CALLED THESE GUYS & THEY MANAGED TO GET SOMEBODY OUT THERE WITHIN LIKE 15 MINUTES. IT WAS A TOTAL LIFESAVER FOR ME BEING I WAS GOING HOME TO VISIT AN AILING RELATIVE & IF I WOULD OF MISSED THE FLIGHT IT WOULD OF BEEN 2 DAYS BEFORE ANOTHER FLIGHT. I WAS COMPLETELY GREATFUL TO THIS COMPANY FOR WHAT THEY DID IN SUCH A LAST MINUTE SITUATION. I HAVE TAKEN MANY TAXIS IN THIS TOWN & I CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I WILL & CAN REMEMBER WHO THEY ARE . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ,IF YOU NEED A TAXI ,CALL THESE GUYS YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

By reading the other reviews, decided to try them. First the said it would take 10 min for the cab to arrive, took 40! What really did it for us was the fare. According to their dispatcher and yellow's it should had been 25-30 dollars. There wasn't any traffic and the fare was 50. Either the scenic route wasn't that scenic or the meter was doctored.

Hello, just so it be known these guys are probably the best in the business, got to me on time, actually a little early plus they called me about 5 minutes prior. I was given the drivers name & number by the dispatch to know exactly who was picking me up. It was definitely different then other taxis I have taken in the past. Do yourself a favor people if you need a taxi save yourself the aggravation of calling 50 other ones hoping to get a cheaper rate. It's Orlando it won,t happen. Just call these guys they will get u where you need to go as quick as they can. Good job guys rock on!!

ON TIME,COURTEOUS, & TRULY GENUINE.WAS JUST WRITING TO LET EVERYBODY KNOW THAT COMES HERE WHETHER FOR VACATION OR BUSINESS, THESES GUYS ARE THE WAY TO GO. THEY ARE FUNNY VERY LAID BACK & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF PRETTY MUCH EVERY AREA THAT YOU MAY WANT TO GO TO. MYSELF & MY FAMILY HAD THE LUXURY OF USING THEM DUE TO OVERWHELMING GOOD REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE & THE ONES THAT WERE BAD PROBABLY NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE THEMSELVES & WERE PROBABLY NOT HAPPY PEOPLE ANYWAY SO JUST WANTED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING ANYWAY. THEY MADE OUR VACATION VERY MEMORABLE & WILL TELL ANYBODY I KNOW BACK AT HOME TO DEFINITLY KEEPS THESE GUYS IN THERE PHONES. DEFINITLY WORTH THE MONEY.

Booked a taxi one day prior to go to the airport from my hotel. Agreed on the time and price, and the taxi never showed. Called the guy and he said 'things happened'!!!! Told me to wait 6 minutes. Waited 10, taxi never came. They never had the intention to come pick me up. I don't know why they sucked this bad, but they did. I would tell everybody I know who is going to Orlando never call Statewide taxi. This company should have their license revoked immediately.

hello, was in orlando this past week with my family & managed to need a ride from utback steakhouse next to premium outlets,where myself & my family needed a taxi back to gaylord palms, the driver said he would be there in 15 minutes,he was there in 10 minutes. the vehichle was super clean,smelled good & the driver was way cool. totally different then i would expect. he was not the standard no personality,over expensive & not no where to go cab ride just to rip us off. the charge was signafically lower then the standard cabs at the hotel(by the way do not,not,not,) use the taxis the hotels advise you have the right to call your own taxi to pick you up.,& if you do call statewide they will take care of you know exactly where to go along with alot of humor along the way
