Royal Hookah & Cigar Lounge

NEVER GOING BACK!!!! When we first walked in it took them 3 to 4 minutes to acknowledge us when there were 4 staff members and NO customers.



THEN when we were finally choosing our seating the manager told us NOT to sit in the comfy-looking couches and rather sit in chairs AWAY from the comfy areas because they had a "party" coming in. Did they come? NO!



THENNNN it took them more than 30 minutes to get the hookah to us. I use to have a hookah and it only took me 5 minutes to set it up. The hookah was harsh early on and they used tin foil to hold the coal on top.



The worse part? The bill. They told us it was only $16 for the whole getup. The total was $21.15!!!! The actual price is $16.99. The tax was $1.10. The 18% "Service Charge" was $3.06!!!! SO not worth it.



It looks great on the inside but there was no music and it was really boring. I would give it NO stars if I could.



I suggest Natura Coffee and Tea. It's $7.50 for the same thing but they at least use a coal burner instead of tin foil and they have music and beer.
