The start time of this roof was delayed due to rain. When the project started, it was completed in a timely fashion. The re-roof was completed and additional scope of work related to soffit work was completed after the final roof inspection at no additional cost to the homeowner. I take exception to referring to the office staff as rude; just the opposite is true, our staff is exceptional! This is borne out by our numerous communications both by telephone and email with the homeowner always keeping him apprised of the process. We didn't leave debris on the job site. We delivered a 20 yard dumpster to the job site. There was debris on site prior to us beginning work from the homeowners' unlicensed interior work being done at the same time as the roof project. It isn't our responsibility to provide a dumpster for other unlicensed and unpermitted work. All extra wood quantities were spelled out in the contract that was signed by the homeowner and pictures were provided to the homeowner. The homeowner was well aware of the existing condition of the shed roof prior to the work beginning.
