On Christmas eve 2014 I had a very rude encounter with this place. I came to this plaza to have lunch at the restaurant next door. Parking was packed and the store was closed so I parked in the parking that was reserved for this store. Being that it was Christmas eve I figured the store was closed and it would be okay. I come out after my meal and get in the truck waiting for the rest of my party to come out. A very nasty man who I assume was the owner or manager comes out very rudely and starts telling me that I am going to be towed, yes while I'm still in the car. I try to speak with him and he runs inside and locks the door. I knock on the door and ask him to come forward so I can apologize and explain why I parked there. He approached me with a very nasty rude attitude while talking to the tow company and rudely asks if I'm leaving "now". At this point the rest of my party comes out and we leave.



Little did this prick know I was considering going inside to look at jewelry for my wife.



We'll his extremely nasty attitude cost him sales and a bad review. I own multiple businesses and I know that sometimes you have to pick your battles. You should always look for calm rational solutions before jumping to extreme measures.
