Ladybird Academy Lake

The "teachers" are not very professional. They can barely explain how my child's day was. It's disheartening to pick up your child, who you have missed all day, and barely get any information on how your child does. They send out daily "reports" that tell you the basics--food, diaper changes, naps--but it's nearly impossible to get any information out of staff about how the child is doing otherwise (i.e., are they happy at school? do they play well? do they have a favorite activity?). The teachers scream and my 1.5 year old is now saying at home "Not Nice!" for everything that happens. Its disappointing that I pay so much money and feel my child is not in a nurturing environment. Spend your money elsewhere. We are actively looking for another solution.

The facility is always kept nice and clean - good for children. The staff is very professional and gave me all of the information I needed when I asked about the school. Definitely better than the other daycares I've been too!!

We like it there. The rooms are always clean, the teachers are friendly and very professional.

Beautiful school. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. All the kids seem happy and thrilled to come to school. My kids love it.

Very nice school and teachers. Very approachable management. My kids are thriving. We had a hard time with our previous day care but now we're doing great. A big relief. Highly recommend.

The facility is very nice. They clean every morning and are constantly sterilizing toys, tables etc. Staff is whatever, not overly friendly but not rude. They do send out daily reports to your email everyday about your son/daughters day but they seem very impressionable. Why the lady's cant tell me how my child's day was when im there picking up I don't know, but that might just be me. My biggest hate towards this place is how often they send your kid home sick. I understand being careful and wanting to make sure no other kids are gonna catch it but its getting ridiculous. Everytime I have to go pick up early because of sickness I get there and she is still playing with all other kids. Last time I had to pick her up because she had diahrrea, so I get there and they tell me oh she ate all her food, shes been very happy and playful and she has no fever but she pooped twice. So now she has to leave early, go to doctors(which aint free) so the doctor can tell me shes fine. They will not let your kid back unless they went to doctor and they do not offer sick days at the school. I deal with this about every two weeks. Been going here for about 5 months and shes been sent home about 8 times and only once did the doctor give her medicine and not clear her for a return right away. Really tired of this place.

I went to the school to get information on enrolling my boys. The staff in the front ignored me and from what I heard were gossiping about fellow employees. After a long wait the director named Jennifer was unpleasant and very unfriendly. I was very disappointed and will not have my children attend this school. The tour was rushed, and the lady wasn t able to answer my questions. This lady doesn t have etiquette and professionalism. Parents please do your research for the, sake of your children! If the director is like that, what can you expect from the teacher.
