Kirkman Medical Ctr

This is the worst medical center ever. I would highly recommend not to go there. TERRIBLE service (administrative assistants are not friendly at all) and overall TERRIBLE medical services. DO NOT GO! You can barely understand when the doctor talks and they are ALWAYS ALWAYS LATE! I went there 2/3 times and then I decided to run away.

Bad clinique, they were supposed to make a test for me, after 20 days lying to me, they said that we didn't find your name at the lap, this is the worst clinique I've ever seen, I made big mistake when I went there, bad stuff bad manager

Please do not go here. The doctor is never on time and the staff is not very friendly.

Yes the place is clean, but that is about it. The Dr is a nasty, awful man, who makes you wait for him eventhough you have a set appointment, yet your late and you get reschedualed. Staff is GHETTO, they either speak Spanglish, or Hood. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The good comments have had to be written by the Dr, his family, or his staff. I believe that the first 3 comments hit the nail on the head to a tee. If you don't want to be treated badly DO NOT GO HERE!

I'm happy with my visit. First of all, it is a clean clinic compared to other clinics that I have been to and doctor is good. He explained the problems that my child was having very clearly and it helped to take care of my children. I recommended this doctor to my other family members in MetroWest area.

I'm very happy that I tool my parents to this doctor. He was very focussed and dedicated to his profession. He laid out guidelines that my parents should follow and personally called the pharmacist for medication. He was very nice. I will go there again and I recommend others.

I'm very happy that I went to see this doctor for my health issues. He spent adequate time and understood my chronic problem. My paine is in control. I would recommend this doctor to my friends and family members. The clinic is clean and staff is good.

I will never visit this location again as they lied to me and gave a terrible recommendation that automatically rang my common sense when they gave it.

I had chronic issues with pain in my legs and decided to visit them since a friend of mine had used their facilities.

The pain had been so bad over the past four days that it had kept me awake at night and was effecting me in other areas of my life.

I hadn't slept the night before and went to the clinic to see what they could do.

Not only would the doctor not see me since she said they wanted to see prior medical records first, the receptionist said no other clinic would be able to do anything for me. She told me then that if the pain was severe, that my only option would be to go to the ER at the hospital.

As soon as she said that, I walked out the door. She must think I'm crazy if I'm going to pay the extreme costs of going to an ER when I was obviously in extreme discomfort and tired from not sleeping.

I went to another clinic in the area, they took me right in, gave me medication to relieve the pain and set me up for a follow-up so I can get this issue taken care of.



Terrible, unethical staff at the Kirkman Medical Center.

I took my son in today for a school check up his origanal appointment was yesterday but the doctor refuse to see him. My father brought him in yesterday and told me how he yelled at my 14 year old son for not having paperwork filled out. He yelled at the nurses he yelled at the girl answering the phones about my sons appointment saying its only a 5 min appointment and he refuses to fill out his school paperwork. When you go to the office there is a sign up stating that you must pay a 10 dollar fee for the shot record and 10 dollar fee for the school forms to be filled out. I never had to pay these fees before. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Yes it seems like the perfect office, clean, friendly staff, wonderful caring nurse, but the doctor is another story. Dr. Pillai is always late, he has had me waiting many times. He is rude, nasty and makes you feel not only dumb, but crazy as well. He claims to be open 10am to7pm, don´t get sick he will not be in his office. He comes and goes as he pleases, I had an appointment once the nurse was taking me back and I hear him tell her I´ll be right back had me waiting in a very cold room for almost an hour. He has messed up my medication a few times because walgreens told me so. I would noy recommend this doctor to a ANYONE inclding a dying dog in the street. It's too bad because the staff really are sweet, helpful and go out of their way to help.
No no no stay away from this witch doctor.
