Office staff refused to speak with Human rep about the difference between a “standard” vs. an “expedited” referral ( after I’ve been waiting (after I’ve been waiting 7 days with a painful ear infection), and as the Humana rep was explaining this she was hung up on. Terrible patient service!

Excellent as always, recommended an ultrasound which was set up for very next day, and Dr Garcia called personally to discuss results the very next morning, as always extremely thorough, recommend her highly.

I was able to get an appointment next day for this, they drew blood and checked it on site and scheduled me a CT scan the same day. I felt like the doctor wentover/covered everything and it was in a timely manner. I was glad for that, and now waiting for results to come in.
