the worse experience in my life has occurred in this store....not only the sales people lie...but they don't even know their own policy......look on the back of the receipt;.they do not go by the policy....everything is way overpriced and clients are handled like they are fools.. I am a prominent top level executive and I was handled like a woman who had to adhere to the sales rep who is passing as the manager but handed me a card saying sales person....they have each other 's back and all lie ..including the other woman sales person..... had them know that I would sue them; after, they became very polite and exchanged my item..Adwan needs to learn a lesson on how to respect clients and not override their opinions...he lied from the beginning until the end...I will write a letter to the main office and complain,,,I am sure that many have been ripped off by this Lebanese ; I am positive he will do it over and over until he gets out of people what he wants...beware of Adwan , sales.

horribly high prices!! beware!

After watching I.D.C. ad's a couple of times, believing the fact that they guaranteed the highest prices for scrap gold, anywhere! WRONG!! Took my gold in and got an offer of $700.00 That really seemed off for the amount of gold I had, so I politely declined. Drove down the street a few blks. to a pawn shop, thinking they couldn't be any worse. Same EXACT bag of gold in hand, walked in and in 20 min. walked out w/ $1282.00 CASH not Ck. $582.00 difference !!! I for one will never take my business back to I.D.C. to buy or sell ANYTHING EVER!! Buyers, Sellers beware! Do your homework. Price shop. Don't sell your gold to just anyone. It's YOUR'S and you want to get the best price possible - Right? ?

Excellant place to buy diamonds. No messing around with sales people that don't know about their product. The sales woman Dawn that helped me was very knowledgable and honest which is what sold me. I'll be back and deal with her again. Johnny Sekula
