Holler Honda

Dylan Sangail did a great job when I recently brought my 2012 Honda Civic in for service. He made sure my car was up to date and also made sure I knew when my car was ready for its next service.

I had an issue with slow starting on my 2008 CRV and I went to Holler for service. It is the only place I've taken my CRV for service, which has always been great. This time there were 7 vehicles ahead of me and I knew there would be a wait. But my excellent Service Rep, Alfredo Edgerton replaced the battery himself and it only took 30 min. Plus the battery was still under warranty, so no cost.
Overall a very pleasant experience!

Michael Jiminez did a great job in putting the customer first when an installation of an accesory did not look right and was damaged, he scrapped it and got a new one without being asked. Same customer care in fixing a small electrical issue with the new Accord.

Nice clean waiting area and friendly service. Michael Jimenez was very nice and laid back let me know exactly what was wrong with my car and wasn't pushy about getting me to have my repairs done right away he tried to make everything work around my schedule is would definitely ask for him whenever I go back.

He listen to my concerns and explain everything so I could understand what was happening to my brakes. He is the best representative I've met since I'm servicing my car at this service department. I was even planning to take my car else where, because I started to loose confident in their work. Gary treats me like a valued customer. Gary Moretti was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciated his frequent updates on the status of my car repairs. Once they had put my car up in the air, he also pointed out that I had worn my tires to the wear-bars and also had some steel belts showing. Gary was able to locate the exact replacement tires and get them installed on my car making it roadworthy again. Ask for Gary, he's very polite, courteous, and professional and is always going 90 miles per hour to get everything done for you! This Holler Honda dealership location is great too. I have purchased 5 Hondas from Holler and it was a great and easy experience.

Took my Odyssey in for a recall repair to Holler Honda. I was greeted by Alfredo Edgerton who took my info, explained the process and got me settled into the lounge. He was very welcoming and efficient. They did a complete check up before doing any work and gave me a list of recommended service that was needed in order of urgency. Alfredo was very respectful and understanding that I would not be able to do any additional repairs at this time. They completed the recall repair in a very timely manner and I was on my way. The service and the experience was excellent. Much appreciated! I would recommend Holler Honda and Alfredo Edgerton to my friends.
