This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever been to and not just as a dental office. I gave this place 3 more chances to change my mind and they messed up every single time. First time, was half an hour late when I had the earliest appointment. Second time, 45 minutes late because the hygienist was late, on top of that at the end of the session she said I’ll be coming back to her so she can monitor me I said great she said yeah but I have a baby and I live far this place is hard for me to come (with an attitude) What was I supposed to say to that? You don’t want to take care of me? You don’t want to work here? And she didn’t know why I was there, why I needed to be done. The third time, same girl couldn’t figure out why the numbing medicine didn’t work so she cleaned the outside a little bit and said I don’t know why it’s hurting you, still charged me for a deep clean when she didn’t even attempt to try anything else. And today I came in just for a polish at 7:15am for them to tell me someone supposed to call me yesterday to let me know the hygienist won’t be here till 10am, I showed my phone to him and said no missed calls nor voicemail. He did not apologize to me at all nor did he care to consider other options, and I gave up said I don’t need it anymore he said ok (while he has his chin on a hand) body language says a lot! There was one receptionist that extremely helpful and was apologetic when the hygienist 45 mins late and the first hygienist/nurse was nice but everyone else should not work in customer service nor be in a professional industry.

First of all, the front office staff are very rude! Then we waited two hours even with an appointment!

I wish I could give zero stars as a rating. This office has cost me pain and money. I went in for a filling and the dentist that did the work drilled too close to the nerve. I now need to spend $600 on a root canal and crown thanks to this office. I spoke to the dentist to discuss my pain and he suggested that I wait one to two weeks to see if the pain worsens. Horrible advice and lack of accountability. I will be getting my work done by another provider.

This place is TERRIBLE! The front desk staff is filled with the most rude people I have ever come across. I called to try to make an appointment for my husband. The lady on the phone kept arguing with me telling me I couldn't make an appointment for something that was an "emergency". In all reality, she was just too lazy to do her job. I called back so I could ask if they accept walk ins on saturdays, since she insisted that was the only way my husband could be seen. When I called back, this lady has the guts to pick up the phone and immediately hang up on me! RIDICULOUS!!!! Then, I called back a third time, she picks up and i give a stern "hello" because of my frustration with her being rude and hanging up on me, and she hangs up AGAIN!!!!! All I wanted was the answer to one simple question. At this point, I am LIVID. So I call once again and ask to speak to a supervisor. Not any help at all regarding the way I was treated, but she did make an appointment for my husband (after the other lady told me it was not possible to make one for the procedure he is getting..funny, then how come the supervisor was able to do it?). All the supervisor did was excuse this horribly rude employee's behavior, claiming it was a problem with the phones. Yeah right! If that were the case, why did she say hello and when I said it back in a stern manner she immediately hangs up?!!! This place is terrible! Do not even waste your time going here!

My daughter waited to weeks to see the pediatric dentist in poinciana. They called me two days before and confirmed the appointment, which was for the following Monday. I noticed around lunchtime that I had a voicemail from an unknown caller. The voicemail had no content. So I tried to call the number back in case maybe the dentist was trying to call me. I called and nobody answered, and it says it was not set up for voicemail. So I got off work, took my daughter out of school at noon. We drove 30 minutes to the dentist, and they said , "we tried to call you and tell you that your appointment has to be rescheduled, because we ran out of oxygen." Such a waste of my gas, work, time. Did not make a reschedule. The lady did not seem to be very concerned or inconvenienced at all.

just had my first visit the other day and despite the previous reviews, it was a very good experience, staff was very friendly, got x-rays done quickly and the Dentist was attentive and friendly. They explained what was needed (I need quite a bit of work done and I already knew this before visiting this office) and answered my questions and we set up a "game plan" on what to get done first and what could wait a bit. I did not feel any pressure to get a bunch of stuff done to get the most money out of me as I have at OTHER dental offices, they even explained about payment options if needed and it was my choice of what was going to get done at each visit.

The first time I went there I had to wait 65 mns before I was allowed to see a Dentist. After 2 weeks of waiting for a claim to go through I am not able to talk to their Staff. once the call went through they put me on hold until I gave up, I tried to call again and there was NO answer at all. certainly one of the worse customer service experiences I have ever had

HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST!! I called to make the appointment and explained what I needed an appointment for. She acted as if I was getting on her nerves already and mumbled "Give me a few minutes, okay!" How unprofessional of a first response!! I work in the health field and I am appalled at how rudely I was treated. I waited on the phone for 5 minutes where I could hear her doing things that had nothing to do with what I asked, but wouldn't return to the phone. If they treat me like this on the phone.. I don't want to go to their office!! I hung up that call!!

My first visit here was HORRIBLE! I walked in and was not greeted by any one of the 3-4 women behind the counter. I felt like I was intruding on them. When someone finally acknowledged me, she was in a rush and kind of rude. I was finally called and taken to the examination room where a female with no facial expression or personality took x-rays of my teeth. I was then taken to another room and asked to sit, a heavy set older man passes by and looks at me so I smile but he just ignores me. I think to myself thank goodness he is not the dentist. A few moments later to my surprise the same older heavy set man comes into the room and mutters hi. He sits with his assistant and he begins to comment about my teeth to his assistant, only after I say excuse me does he include me in the conversation and only briefly. He pokes in my mouth for 1 minutes and leaves. The staff and dentist are RUDE, CONDESCENDING, Non-PROFESSIONAL, and LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
