Booked an engineer late on Tuesday night and by Wednesday mid morning I had a working dishwasher. They have really good and polite service. Thank you "

Ken was wonderful. He repaired my washer very quickly and was very nice. He also took time out to expain why the washer had worn and inspected my dryer for the need of any repair.

He did a great job. He kept his work area clean and came to my house when he said he would. He worked fast and got the job done. He also kept me updated on the process.

Don't use this company. I made an appointment for 9:00 to 12:00 and no one showed up and I never got a call. I called to check on the status and they said someone would call me. I had another appointment at 2:00 so I asked them to schedule a new appointment for 4:00-7:00. Once again no one showed up and I never even got a call. This is the worst service company to use. Not once did I ever talk to a repair person, just a phone bank of operators who said they would call the service man to get an ETA.

Do me a favor and don't use this company! What a rip off and unorganized company. I was charged $240 for a dishwasher motor and it took the technician 3 trips to compete the repair. He first ordered the wrong part so I wasted another day waiting for the technician.



Above all he finished the repair and left the insulation sticking out of the dishwasher and left. How unprofessional! I had to call and have him come back to finish the job right!

I used this service company to come and look at my refrigerator. It stopped cooling properly and being full of food I was panicing. The repair man came out the same day I called and assured me he would take care of the problem. He looked at the refigeratpr and explained the problem to me. He said it needed a part and he did not hve the part but their part wharehouse did. He said he would go get the part and be back out later that afternoon. The repair man showed up again and fixed my rerigerator. I am so thankful to have my refrigerator working properly and so greatful to the repair man he did everything he told me he would do. Great job.
