I have been to three different orthodontist and this is the second one ive been to but by far the worst.! To begin with on my second visit the two ladies in the front desk are very blunt and rude! If i pay you a good amount of money i expect good services with a positive attitude both ladies looked like they didnt want to be their and spoke down to me. No one has the right to treat you like that no matter their position. Another reason is their dental service like i said ive been to two other orthodontist but here the wire is constantly breaking at the end and destroying the inside of my cheeks ive never had that issue with my other orthotondist. Lastly probably the worst part is the manager who not only treat his employs like if they were beaneath him and like if they were garbage but his clients too. Ive spoken to other clients and his old and new employers and they all say the same "he is a angry, self absorbed, rude and disrectful person towards employers and clients. I do not recommend you to come here unless your last option and please look hard to find another orthodontist before you think about going here.
