I have been working with a handful of people from Dan Newlins team for the past 3 years and they are all amazing. I was in an auto car accident on I-4. I was hit by a box truck on the corner of my tail light hitting the gas tank. Both drivers had different versions of what happen but with the horrible pain I was in I had to get injections. Specifically, I had to get my nerves on the back of my neck and down my upper spine burnt off, so my muscles would heal properly and I would be able to do physical therapy and actually see and feel progress in what I was doing within normal limits. This was honestly the best experience I've had with any firm and I couldn't have had a better lawyer WHITNEY RODRIGUEZ she is the truth. My case was not an easy one and she took it on head strong and handled her business. If I could rate her 10 stars I would, she kept me updated on EVERYTHING, I never had to call for an update her communication was amazing and very professional and kind. Can I just tell you all how great Todd Gretton (from Newlin & Newlin Personal Injury Attorneys) is? Because he was outstanding helping me after my accident on Oct 30th, 2020 and I couldn’t be more grateful. Car accidents in Florida, even ones that were not your fault, can feel like one giant scam between predator insurance companies, medical personal who either won’t treat you because they don’t take PIP or string you along with endless tests/appointments/prescriptions to milk the insurance company and insensitive lawyers who bully you when you are most hurt and vulnerable insisting you “trust them” and stop asking questions.
