Corporate Travel Concepts

This company did business as Access Travel Network when I did business with them. They promised to rent my RCI Extra weeks within 6 months. I have this on tape. After much hassle, Mr. Michael Sullivan who identified himself as the CEO agreed to refund the $1788 I had paid. He gave me a transfer number that was supposed to go to my discover card. Discover says it was not a real number and they even investigated my conplaint and it was answered by Corporate Travel Concepts at 1300 Laquinta Drive, Orlando, FL. When I spoke with Mr. Sullivan requesting a refund, he admitted that he had given many. I had gone to their previous office and they had evacuated that office two days previously. When I did get him on the phone, he said he was working from a library because he was reorganizing the company. Well obviously he has with a lot of money he took from innocent people like me. Don't let yourself be in the same situation. By the way, Access Travel Network still has a phone number where messages can be left, but they will never call you back. A call to the Attorney General is in order and I encourage anyone doing business with this company to do so. This is not a legitimate business and I do not know why the State of Florida allows them to defraud innocent customers.

I was contacted by this company in July, 2011. They told me I had 15 "get a way weeks with RCI" and wanted to know if I wanted to rent them. They charged me a $199 listing fee for each one and if I listed all 15 I would have a lifetime agreement with them for future rentals. I paid them $ 3000. I never heard from them. I have called and called over the last 2 years. They stopped doing anything by phone. I did finally get a email letting me know they did not communicate by phone. I have never received a dime from them. I too am going to start proceedings to try to get my money back with the Florida authorities and my credit card company!! If there are company's out there that do follow thru with this type of service, this one isn't one of them. At least in my case it's not!!!

Possible fraud. Paid $1500 to have CTC rent my time share in July 2011. Has not rented it once. CTC will not return calls. Written contract states "will guarantee your time share will rent or will refund 100% of your advertising costs". Once you sign up can no longer contact company by telephone. Voice mail state will only respond to emails. Sent mult. emails have received one response from them. Filled complaint will BBB.

Well I believed in this company when I first started dealing with them. I have a signed contract for the sale of my 15 weeks on my time share. I paid them $2235 for advertising with the understanding I would have a return ony investment in 60 days. Well nine months later, I find out they have gone put of business. Can't prove this is true. Left messages on phone number I have. But you can only get in touch with them by email. So far no response. Currently out $ 4210 . Looks like I am going to start filing with state attorney general & call the FBI to investigate. Does anyone out there have any input, pot solar experiences?
