Coggin Honda Of Orlando

I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord V6 from Coggin Honda of Orlando and worked with Nelson Merced. Nelson is a true professional and easy to do business with. The finance team also worked hard for my wife and I really appreciated their dedication to understanding what we needed. I would definitely recommend working with Nelson Merced and the the Coggin team to friends and family.

It started out well enough and then began to go down hill rapidly. Our understanding was that the leather package was to be included in this deal, when it came down to it we had to pay for the option or it wasn't going to happen. This was not my understanding, but at this point this was like the third trip to this dealership which is across town from us, and frankly we were just over it. They requested a refundable deposit to hold the car, as it had to be brought in from Jacksonville, Florida. At this point the deposit has not been refunded, and was not applied to the cost of the car. I wanted to make sure I wasn't mistaken about the deposit, so I reviewed the sales paperwork, under DEPOSIT it clearly states N/A. I guess they must really need the money, since my deposit has disappeared. Also only two out of the four tires have caps on the valve stems, and this is a brand new car from Coggin Honda! If I never see Coggin Honda of Orlando again, it will still be too soon.

I was looking for a new car and happened to drive into this dealership because it was on the correct side of the road as I was driving. I always thought a Honda was out of my price range, but they worked with me and my budget and got me a beautiful 2014 Honda Civic. I would highly recommend this dealership and Michael F. to anybody in the market for a new car!

I own an older honda(1998) and it continually shut off on me while I was driving. I called coggin Honda and they where great! I talked to a guy named Matt and he was extremely professional! I had a prior engagement at noon so he made sure I was out of there at 11. Granted I had to be there at 7am. The movies, snacks, and coffee made the waiting not so bad! Also they provide free wifi, another great bonus! My car was fixed, I made my engagement, and I left happy! Thank you!

Coggin is the BEST!!!! I wanted to send this sooner but I broke my right arm and could, not do anything.Several months ago, my car went through a car wash with my roof window open about one half inch. I never open the roof window so i have no idea how that happened. Needless to say ,many electrical were not working.Orlando Garcia took my car into Nick the mechanic. Nick was fantastic!!! He left several fans on my interior all night long. By morning most everything had dried out and then he proceeded to get all the electrical parts working again. Iwas so elated.















Once again I I was lucky enough to have Jeremy Bemberg assist me when my battery was acting weird. AAAcame to my home and charged it and then i came to Coggin.Nick checked it out and found that i must have turned the car door switch for the lights off by accident.My battery checked out ftne. Four days later ,my battery died again.AAA came and replaced with a new battery.I could drive the car but, my radio, and my GPS were not working. Jeremy said is common when the battery is dead. He then proceeded to turn everything back on. Coggin is lucky to have such great workerssuch as Orlando Garcia,Jeremy Bemberg and Nick the mechanic.My whole family drives Hondas. and always will Thank you!!!

The best car dealership that I have ever been to. They are courteous and have never pushed me on any service. I watch a movie, drink coffee and eat donuts and can also get a massage while my car is being worked on! Awesome

I never mind having my car serviced as I always know I will have the most courteous, efficient and trustworhty service one could ask for. I buy all my cars form Coggin!

They were great when I bought my new tires. I shopped around and they matched the price including rotations and disposal to their competitors. Since I do all of my service at the dealer it made it so much more convenient to buy the tires with them as well.

I have a 2009 Accord EX-L and a 2010 Insight EX that I bought new a Coggin Honda. Each purchase was by far the easiest new care buy I’ve ever experienced! All of the maintenance, being only oil changes, has been very pleasant. Only one time have I had a problem and that was with the installation of an accessory. Cal, the Service Manager, made even that pleasurable. I’ve always found the entire staff to be friendly and helpful. The waiting area is fantastic; every other auto dealer needs to take note!!

I have been going to Coggin Honda since 2006 when I purchased my Accord. The reason that I keep coming back is the professionalism and service that is always a priority. I am always assisted quickly and my concerns addressed and resolved. I take my Accord here for my routine maintenance, replacement tires, and body work. I can watch a movie and have a snack while I wait or browse the internet or get a massage on special days! I would never trust the safety of my car to anyone else!

I've been going to Coggin Honda for service since 1995. They've helped us with four Hondas over the years, including a 2000 Civic that is still in terrific shape and has, believe it or not, never broken down (always been drivable) since I bought it from them 11 years ago! They are courteous to me and always respect my decisions on what to address and when. They have never sold me any part or repair that seemed unnecessary. I just bought tires a few months ago and paid $150 less for four tires than my friend did at a Ford dealership for a Ford Focus, which I consider similar to a Civic. The mechanics are knowledgeable and have taken time to show me the actual problems in the engine when they could. I never want to take my car anywhere else.

If you are in the market for a new/used car, I would highly recommend Coggin Honda. This is the second Honda that I've purchased from Coggin, and it won't be the last. We been trying to save money for car service /repair by going to other shop...price is cheaper than the dealer but we ended up spending more money because their work and job is nothing compared to coggin honda's..Coggin's price is just right and the job is done great the first time.We will not go to any place other than Coggin's Honda.
