CFL Locksmith

This company is shady. First, if you keep searching, they have many different numbers associated with their "company" nothing on the website matches the ad here. I used them about a month or so ago & a man showed up to my house, left his baby IN THE CAR, then left my gate open & let my dog out of the yard,. Annoyed. Then without even trying, he said he couldn't pick the lock & had to drill it. (Ruined my doorknob) cost $185.00 for him to drill my door knob, no replacement AND he didn't even clean up the metal shards, he left the mess. He brought business cards into my house, but was not going to give them to me. I asked for them & after he left, noticed that the invoice he left said, "serving the greater Chicago area".....and the business address is a house....I went to a REAL locksmith & they said they charge $97 for what I had done....don't use these people....it's a scam!!!!!

BEWARE!!! Absolutely horrible! Also known as "All American Locks" and "PopNLocksmith." I have never had such a terrible and stressful ordeal with a company in my life as I did with them (and I've contracted locksmiths before). Not only was the quality of work terrible (the technician installed the lock incorrectly and had to return to redo it. And he was incredibly late to both appointments), but the customer service (if you can call it that) from the company was beyond disorganized, rude, and in complete disregard for the well-being of the customer. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with a company. The management of this company will not honor what their employees tell you. They will not return your calls. They will tell you one thing and do another. They will give you the bait-and-switch. They will give you the run-a-round for months if necessary. The experience I had proved all of this to me. They have a "take the money and run" mentality and have zero interest in honor, customer service, or doing the right thing. It doesn't matter to them if their employees promise or say certain things things to their customers - they have a "who gives a damn" attitude and absolutely refuse to make a situation right, regardless of the lies, distress, and rudeness a person has suffered from their company. The level of disorganization and poor customer service is simply mind-boggling!! I warn everyone to avoid this company at all costs!!! Apparently I can not post this without a star rating, which is why they have one star here. In reality, their rating is most definitely less than ZERO!!!
