Mi experiencia ha sido horrible llevo 10 meses en un litigio mi mudanza tardo 7 meses y son irresponsables y la Sra. Ana Figueroa, es una mentirosa compulsiva y la Sra. Ginnie no hablar son todos unos irresponsables. Es una pena...NO UTILIZEN ESTA COMPANIA, NO SIRVEN..

This is the worst moving company in the country. I hired them for a move from Orlando to NJ they picked up my furniture on 12/21/11 and delivered it after exhaustive complaining on February 20, 2012 and the delivery team who was to deliver and put together the furniture showed up without tools, thus leaving it up to me to finish. They also broke numerous items and forgot (admittedly) my rolling toolbox in their warehouse I filed a damage report and I have never heard from them again! I had called the various offices and not one person accepts responsibility for their service, on the contrary their excuse is that "I am not the only customer they have and they will get back to me when they have the time" Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress and headaches, hire professionals! You unfortunately get what you pay for with these guys!

No, no, no!!!! This moving company is horrible!!! I would not even give them one star!!! Please do not be fooled by their prices. They transported my SUV from PR and when I received it, it was horribly scratched on both sides. I made the claim there and then at their office. They took pictures and I have been trying to get paid ever since. It has been 4 months and they refuse to pay me the amount on either of my estimates (average of $800) even though I paid extra for $3000 worth of insurance in case there were any damages. First they tried to say that my car was like that. Then, I talked to the boss Pedro and he told me that they would not pay and to "do what we had to do" when we said we would contact an attorney. Now they just ignore my calls. Oh and I forgot to mention the fact that they lost one of my boxes and I only got it back two weeks later because I called twice a week until they found it. Nightmare, please do not go with them unless you don't mind your things getting lost or damaged!!!!! Runnn!!!!
