Caribbean One Stop

I found Caribbean One Stop on the internet from California...I was planing a big surprise party for my aunt and wanted some home cooking (like the islands) So I called and received great service (kinda hard when your across the country) Anyway, I got the Curry Chicken, Stew Chicken, Rice and Beans and the Sweet Plantains and Salad...as well as the Rum cake, Lemon Cake and the Bread Pudding...And Wow! Just like the Islands...Just as good if not better than Grandmas cooking (Don't tell her that..lol) All the guest at the party were from the area and didn't even know that this great place was there...and Let me tell you there were no leftovers....I ordered enough for 30 people and only 20 showed up but there was nothing left!! Great Food, The Best Service and I can't wait until next year to do it all again...
