        Overall

        The office is nice the Dr. is a nice guy, very friendly, however the staff at the W. Colonial office are horrible. The staff clearly talks about the clients and their bills as if the client can not hear them. This particular staff person was rude and failed to call me back after I had questions about my bill. This particular staff person gives you no other alternative to assisting you with your issues besides saying pay this amount of else. Some compassion is necessary and the Dr. really needs to talk to his front staff, because they can cause his business to fail, because of lack of customer service.
