Arranged for them to tow my car to the dealorship, even helped the guy load my Range Rover. They wound up storing my car overnight for a fee without telling me. They were supposed to bring to the dealership directly but when I called the next day they said there was no key box to leave the car. Got to the dealership and there is a highly visible area with a key drop slot right in front of the service department. When I called them about it, they said they would call me back. Still waiting for the call 2 weeks later.

If I could, I would give them no stars. Never use All About Towing! Yesterday I was in Maitland , Florida, 46 miles from my house. On the way home my car decided it had enough. I was able to coast into a parking lot where I called my 24 hour emergency service from my car insurance. It was 6:10 pm when I made the first of many calls. I was informed that a two company would be here at 7:40 pm and that my insurance discount was $50 and that the tow would cost me $80 because of the distance I was from where I was dropping the car off. I was glad since they would only tow to a mechanic and I would need to find a ride home. I told the 24 service that I only had 8% charge on my phone and no way to charge it. So I sat there and waited in the very hot, humid rainy weather for what seemed like hours. I had to walk 1/2 a block to Denny's for a phone since mine had died. It was 9:00 pm and the manager let me use her phone to call the service to see where the tow truck was. I was told that they were 15 minutes out. I went back to my car to wait. After a long wait, I went back to Denny's to see what time it was and to again use their phone. It was 10:35 pm and I was told that the tow was 30 minutes out. I waited a bit and then walked to my car so that I didn't miss the tow. I again walked back to Denny's to see that it's not 11:46 pm and this time when I called I was transferred to the tow company. The woman told me that the truck was 2 minutes away and that I could stay at Denny's and he would come and get me. I informed the woman that I was disabled and had not eaten since 1p. I had medications that I was to take at 8p but couldn't because they were at home. I told her that I have spent hours in a hot, humid car and was now soaking wet from all the times I had to walk in the rain to get to a phone. She told me that she would knock the cost of the tow from $125 to $75 dollars. I laughed at her and said thank you for the $5 dollar discount. I also told her that since I had to wait so long I think this tow should be free. I was told that only the owner could do that and I still needed to pay the driver when he came. It was 12:46 am when the driver showed up. He was very nice and I could see he had been busy. I saw that he didn't get my call until about an hour from when he arrived. He hooked up my car and we were off to the mechanic to drop my car off. After that he drove me home. I arrived at home at 1:47 am. But the driver was amazing good man.

Would not recommend. Questionable service and customer service. At 327 I was notified All Auto Towing would pick up my truck at 442. At 443 I called and was told 10-15 more minutes. At 520 I was told 10-15 more minutes the tow was being gassed up. When I questioned that I was now waiting another full hour and if someone was coming. I was asked if I knew today was Labor Day. Then I was told he was canceling my pickup and I could see how much longer I would be waiting. Very rude. Now I understand why they have a one rating. Although I am surprised it is that high.

TERRIBLE service, damaged my car, I called and sent pictures of my Bumper and the lady tells me "there is no way we did that". Bumper scratched all up, bent apart, you can tell it was pulled apart and someone tried to push it all back together. Then the lady has the audacity to tell me " oh it looks like your car was keyed". DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Absolute worst company. They were also terrible with communication from the get go and over an hour late. Took 2.5 hours + to show up. But to damage someones car is beyond crazy and then just deny it. They picked up my car and towed it straight to the dealer. Again BEWARE of this company, so Unprofessional.
