After several months of research I decided to make an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Soto at Aesthetic Enhancements. From the beginning, the process, even over the phone, was very pleasant. As you already know making a decision to have surgery is not easy. That inner voice that tells you 'go for it', 'you deserve this', 'you have waited a long time' and suddenly you are challenged by, 'Are you sure.', 'What about if...' The great part is that after talking to Dr. Soto and staff, with their support and vast knowledge they immediately make you feel comfortable. They delivered this trust feeling that you are in good hands. These are the things I liked about my experience. They are very nice, professional and have different ways to deliver the message about the procedure to be done. The expectations are well set and the information about the procedure, before, during and after, is well defined. The facility is in a great location with easy access, everything is very clean with the latest state of the art system, and nicely decorated. Last but not least - Dr. Soto is a great professional, he takes the time to listen and explain in detail the process. He is an excellent surgeon.
