I have been a patient of Dr. Serrao and find him and his staff absolutely wonderful. They are professionals in every way. They are friendly, warm and kind. No matter what the circumstance they are willing to help you solve any problem related to your care and insurance issues. The staff is always available even when Dr. Serrao is not. And when Dr. Serrao is unavailable due to surgeries, the staff ensures to reach him as soon as he is available and have a response before the day ends. When Dr. Serrao is on vacation he always leaves a back up physician to help you in an emergency. I have experienced all of these senarios and have to say they are a 5 STAR office. Im also a client of the SPA and they deliver exaclty what they offer. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT PRODUCTS AT AFFORDABLE PRICES. The staff is unbelievable and FANTASTIC.There massage packages and facial pregnancy packages are a life saver. The have wonder team that know their trade and make your appoinments about you and only you. You will not be desappointed with there services.

I received the Prenatal Pedicure. It was Fabulous!! I felt very relaxed, comfortable, and pampered. The young lady who performed the pedicure was very professonal as well as everyone else I encountered. I will never go anywhere else for a pedicure. No other spa compares!!

Excellent attention to customer service! Every patient is given a personal skin analysis. All of the procedures are Done by Dr. Serrao and assisted by an R.N. Dr. Serrao is board certified in anti-aging medicine and cosmetics. They offer competative prices and have all the latest equipment.
