Horrible, horrible, horrible. Asked PA to glove or wash his hands before touching my family member, he gets nasty and says he already washed. I explain I understand that he did but I didn't see him and would appreciate if he washed, gloves or foamed. He storms out of the room, send the office manager in who then tells me the PA will not see my family member unless I leave. I leave and he still refuses to see my family member. Really, all because I asked you to wash, glove or foam, if that insulted you then you are in the wrong business because that is not the way to treat a patient or a family member. Asking you to do any of the three is our right!
