This business was recommended to me seven years ago and I have been taking all of my vehicles there--for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance--since then. The owner, Ricky, the service desk clerks, and all of the repair persons that I have encountered have always been both friendly and professional. I have never had to take my cars back because something wasn't repaired properly, Ricky ALWAYS explained, in detail, the work that needed to be done. He also frequently offered suggestions on how I might save some costs, and he calls to explain any delays that might be forthcoming. When maintenance was completed, my vehicles were always delivered clean. Overall, I have been very satisfied with all of the work performed by them on my vehicles. The customer waiting area could be improved a lot, but the work is outstanding. I highly recommend this business for your auto maintenance.

We dont recommend this mechanic. They were not thorough, and did not do a very good job on what they did repair. They didn't even test drive my vehicle to find problems they just threw it up on their hydraulic lift. I know this because the same pile of dead leaves from where my car had been sitting were still in the same spot on the dashboard. Then they tried to tell me the reason my fixed car wasn't working properly was because it sat too long. It did sit, but that wasn't the problem. They screwed up my brake line nearly causing a fire/irreparable damage/accident on I-4. They put my brakes on so tight they killed the brand new "lifetime" pads therefore killing my roters. They also didn't grease the calipers. I'm now paying another $200 three months later to another mechanic because their guarantee doesn't mean much to me. It is very disappointing because they came highly recommended, and its hard to find a good mechanic you can trust. He was quite rude when I politely pointed out how much I'd just dropped in his shop, and how poor the service was. I took the car back with my husband and he was all apologies...to my husband...its like I wasn't there, and it wasn't my car, or my money. He made a show of what a crappy clean up job they did with the tape residue on the window they just fixed by yelling at his son to fix it, but as soon as the old man walked off the kid threw his scraper in his bucket and cold walked away...leaving both me and my husband speechless. My husband pointed out the subtle sexism in the way they treated us so differently :/ stay away from this shop!!!!!!
