I received lavender roses from this shop less than a week ago. At day 2, these roses were completely dead and wilted. The buds never opened. I called multiple times throughout the week, and was told that I needed to speak to the owner. The owner was never there, and the person who answered the phone never expressed enough interest to be proactive and ask for my name and number. This shop doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. I emailed pictures of the roses to the shop, and this is the response I received from them: (The grammar makes it difficult to follow, and it still hasn't been 7 days since I've had the flowers.)



Hello! We got your complain over 1800 flowers and the money was returned. So i dont understand why you are still complaining. Also 7 days have been gone already. And the flowers cant survive more than that. Sorry we cant do anything for you. Like i said the money was already refunded. Good night

I ordered flowers on January 23rd to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentines Day (February 14th(). The flowers were never delivered and when I tried to call on the afternoon of the 14th and all day on the 15th all I received was a fax machine tone. I finally reached the manager on 2/17 who told me that were just too busy to deliver all of the flowers and "many people" did not receive their deliveries............BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Viewing my father’s obituary there was an advertisement for flowers. We ordered a 'White Lilies of Peace Basket' and also paid extra for the Premium arrangement and expedited delivery. They came from A Downtown Florist & Wedding Shop and were 100% unacceptable...A few lilies bunched on one side, a few carnations bunched on the other. Like your teenage son did it. Their response was they don't do a lot of white flowers...and the primary (JustFlowers.com) makes the majority of the profit. A wedding shop..really? Not a lot of white? And profit? - then WHY PARTICIPATE if you retaliate against them with shoddy quality and take advantage of regular folks during hard times?! I do recommend consumers be HIGHLY cautious of this business and after the very, very poor form shown with my father’s memorial service flowers, our family does not recommend this establishment for any purpose.
