I have very high standards, specially when it comes to my pets. I am a HUGE animal lover; I ADORE my cats ! When choosing a Veterinarian, not only was I looking for a medical expert, I was looking for someone to meet my needs, and those of my pets; a doctor who had people as well as animal skills. I found that at Emergency Pet Hospital of Orlando. Dr.Hassan, and the staff are so caring, calm, courteous,and extremely friendly. I was very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. They made me feel that my pet's health was their first priority. When I called for an appointment the call is quickly answered and the appointment was scheduled for a convenient time for myself. When I arrived, I was seen right away and my pet was given meds for flea and tick protection. All of my questions were answered and I felt they were glad to see me and my Dixie. Thanks to the whole group!

I enjoy bringing Jazz here, Jazz is here today because of Dr. Hassan and his wonderful staff ! No matter if she comes for vaccines, a well visit, boarding or a sick visit, we always receives the best care ! Jazz knows she is taken care of with a great deal of compassion. She gets excited when she comes in ! She never appears nervous, our family is grateful for all you guys do !!

Dr. Hassan is wonderful, he made me understand there is hope to save my pet. I loved that I was able to understand what happened to my cat and how he knew very well about my cats illness, and fixed him. It was very nice to be able to visit my cat and stay here for a bit. The staff is very understanding and I will continue to come here always.

I have been coming to Dr. Hassan's clinic for a couple of years now. I love the professionalism of the entire staff. I know that every time I bring one of my dogs there they will be given the utmost medical attention. Whether its an emergency or just a check up I know they will be well taken care of. The clinic has top of the line equipment and is always super clean.

At Emergency Pet Hospital I felt like the staff had great service. It didn't take long at all for my dog to get seen by one of their doctors. The doctor who saw my dog was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I will definitely come back with my other pet as well.

It is always easy and quick. The doctor seems to really care for his animals and employees. We have been coming here for years and will continue for many more. The hospital is just as great as the staff.

Good to have a 24 hour veterinary open even though its a little spendy. You will get your money worth. They are very nice people and the vet is extraordinary. Very friendly.

There is no way to adequately express our heart felt thanks for saving Sammie's life yesterday when he was in insulin shock. We have no doubt the we would have lost him in a matter of minutes had you not responded so quickly and professionally to Sammie's crisis. We own four dogs. Dr. Hassan has saved two of our dogs lives! The staff is warm and compassionate and Dr. Hassan is very knowledgeable and Always helpful taking time to explain. You will really feel like he takes care of your pet.
