Dan's Towing

at the date of my accident i was told by the driver that dan wouid be calling me the next day to tell me where the car was and could be picked up. i never received a call. The driver told me he had my information to get ahold of me from the officer. I called him 3 business days later after not hearing anything. He told me that I owe $492 for towing and storage. I never signed anything, I was never told there would be a charge for storage. Dan wont help me with $1. Pretty poor and dishonest business practice. I'll be sure to spread his dishonesty to all I know.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.This is the worst place to have your car towed. I was in an accident where it was not even my fault. However, while waiting for the insurance to make arrangements to have my car repaired, I was forbidden by Dan's to get my personal stuff in my car. I had many problems because of that, plus the frustration of dealing with such a rude person who doesn't know how to own his business. It took 2 weeks for me to be able to retrieve my belongings.
