Cafe Collage

Cafe Collage is the 'only show in town' in the tiny town of Oregon House, up in the foothills near Collins Lake. Salim, the chef-owner, offers extemely creative fare, many dishes featuring the influnces of his country of origin, Tunisia. The lamb dishes, which I've sampled a number of, are of particulaly fine quality.The restaurant itself is modest looking from the outside, but has been carefully appointed on the inside with lots of imported tile giving it an exotic, cozy, warm appeal. Service is casual and unassuming, giving one space to enjoy the absolutely delicious food. Highly recommended.
