Nail Land

Service was horrible. I waited an hour before I was serviced. They took my money before they did anything. They are extremely rude. My polished did not last more than three days. Overall bad experience. I do not recommend this place if you do not believe in wasting your money.

Do not go to Nail Land in the bilo parking lot next to rainbow in Orangeburg off John C Calhoun. It's a rather new place. They are the rudest people to begin with! They take your money BEFORE service is done and then do crappy work and when u ask them to fix it they call the police saying you are disruptive. They have cheap polish and powder that does not even last until you get out the door!!! Unless u want to waste money don't go here!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Awful customer service and owner is the worst !! Really bad attitude as well, go elsewhere!

Me and a friend came here seeking some relaxation after the loss of a loved one. After sharing what our goal was during our pedicures, you would anticipate better service, compassion, consideration. It was the exact opposite. The limited number of staff and amazingly rude behavior is the worst I have ever experienced! I was asked to put my chair up so that I do not damage the wall,I was scolded for placing my purse on the side table of the chair, and as if it could not get any worse, the staff overcharged me and when I noticed she had put an extra service on my card she did not offer to give me my money back stating "you put it on a card so I do not know if we can get it back and proceeded to name off services for me so that she would not be "hassled" with the trouble of refunding my money that was her error in the first place. My mother always taught me, "if you can't say anything nice, do not say anything at all" but I pray no one ever has to go through an experience like this after losing a loved one.
