I was touched inappropriately by the owner of this nail salon . He waited for the other customers to leave and put his hands on my breasts. Please do not go here !!!

I'm the husband of the previous reviewer (my wife) and don't typically review. I was so uptight by the lack of professionally and the way he handled my wife during our visit to his business I had to write. If I could rate this review a .5 or less I would. I asked the question, "Was the air working or turned on to a small frail man at the first manicure station after standing at the entrance while my wife chose a nail color? He responded by flinging one arm in the air with a displeasured tone for asking and said the air works but is going into the mall because the door was opened to his business. My initial thought was close the darn door. After the brief exchangr, wife asked me what did he say. I repeated his response to my wife and walked out HOT before I responded equally as inappropriate. After pondering this situation, because my wife would not let me return after she told me what happen to her. I believe this business owner needs a real lesson in customer service. It's apparent he believes he's the only nail salon in town. I cannot support businesses that don't have the customer first in their minds. If he were the only shop it town, I'd give my wife a pedicure myself and I don'tvknow how. Apparently, Mr. Lee don't know how either. His lack of service lost a potentially new customer today. Thanks to competition, DeVa Nails in Walmart gained a new one. Go anywhere, but here. HOT hubby!

Horrible customer service! While visiting, we decided to go to shopping. I bought some cute sandals so decided to get my toes done at this place. I shouldn't have ever sat down because the greeting by the man at the front booth lacked any enthusiasm. My husband asked about the air and it was downhill from there. The man responded with an attitude. My husband left and sat in the mall. Meanwhile I sat in the pedicure chair soaking my feet. I quickly realized that they were purposely skipping me. My water went from lukewarm to cold. The female technician acted as though she was mad at the world. I asked about moving my chair back because my legs are long. She pulled the arm down and pushed a few buttons without even acknowledging me. I thought she was going to do my feet. She washed her tools and rolled her stool next to my tub and left it. Finally after two more customers went before me, the male tech (who had finished a pedicure) was preparing to come to me. However he hadn't cleaned his tools nor had he cleaned the previous tub. I couldn't believe he wasn't going to clean his tools. I politely dried my feet and put my sandals back on. I walked over to the front man and told him that I felt they could've at least acknowledged me rather than ignoring me. I also told him that the water was now cold. He immediately got loud and said something about, " you and your husband came in here rude when you asked about the air." I responded that my husband accepted his answer earlier & went in the mall to sit. I also told him that I wasn't my husband. I told him I was visiting but wouldn't be back. He got louder and said something like, "this your first time, we have regular customers....we get busy...blah, blah." They do not need to be in business. They do not care about customers. One lady was in to get a nail fixed and he told her something like, "you wash in cold water next time." No one should patronize this business. I eventually went to the Da-Vi nail salon inside of the local Walmart. They were polite and we're glad to see customers. It is a night and day difference. It was a long wait but worth it!
