Batesville Casket Co

This company has so many violations it would make your head spin. The employees are NOT given their weekly routes in a timely fashion. They are scheduled for a week then the schedule is changed during the week allowing for a week that has unjustified hours. You can NOT get your hours off and be with family on your days off. Their vacation is being taken from some of them. They are often NOT given their routes until 10:00 PM. The employees are wearing uniform that were issued over 3 years ago. These uniforms are literally falling apart. It makes Batesville look cheap and disorganized. My friend needs NEW pants or he is going to have to wear his underwear to make deliveries. Why would a company demand you to wear uniforms and then NOT furnish you with descent uniforms. When pants bust in the crotch and there is no cloth to repair them then the only thing I can say is just let your privates hang out. I have suggested that they wear their personal pants until they are issued new ones. We are tired of washing the same pants over and over. It does seem time for Batesville to do the right thing and give these CSR's NEW uniforms and treat each one equally. Shame on you Batesville.
