This is a very nice property! If you want access to the refineries or industrial work in this area with a quiet place to park your RV you have to give this a try! We live in this neighborhood and we love it! At first I was not sure of living so close, I thought it may have a lot of traffic and noise, but there is none! Respectful people that work and come home to rest, not party! Mrs. Broussard and family are very nice and respectable people, always taking care of the property and maintaining it....super sweet people and just a wonderful neighborhood!
