Chili's Grill & Bar

I wouldn't even give it a star but I had to to write this review. The WORST place I've ever ate. Steak was so burnt it was like beef jerky. I waited 1 HOUR on a to go order & my food was ice cold. Told manager only thing he had to say was dining was waiting a hour and a half. Seriously won't EVER go back and don't advise anyone to eat here. I travel for work and eat at a lot of places by far the WORST.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at Chili's . Ordered steak med. It came out well done. Told the waitress and her response was "o well that's not the only thing they messes up tonight" lol that was it I had to ask her at the end of my meal I'd she was going to take care of it or fix me another one. She said she had to get with her manager. Never got my soup I ordered had to get it taken off bill. And drink was empty most of the time I was there only got one refill

good food little expensive on the drinks
