This company is spot on. I called because someone referred me, I had some brown spots in my lawn. I had always had such a beautiful lawn, so I wanted to find out what was causing the brown spots without committing. They sent out a gentleman the next day, his name was Leonard. Leonard was very professional and kind and told me it looked like urine. That made sense, I had added a dog to my family about two months prior. He told me he could treat my yard and set me up on a scheduled Service plan. He has been back twice already. I requested he call before he arrives so I can be sure to have my dog inside and my side gate unlocked, and he does just that. He always lets me know what he did and is very knowledgeable. One thing I want to commend is that on top of the fact that my yard is thriving again, the customer service this company has employed is above what I have experienced in the past.

I am a new customer of Pro Lawn Plus. I have only had 2 treatments. I bought a house 6 months ago and it has a very large yard (front and back). I also have a lot of shrubs, which they also service. I have to agree with everyone else here. This company is affordable, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. My lawn guy Matt calls ahead and is on time. He knows the business and is very friendly. I am very satisfied with both the service and the customer service, which I thought was nonexistent these days. Top notch, this company. Thanks guys.

We have been using Pro Lawn since 1988. They have never disappointed us. They know exactly what they are doing. I get 8 lawn treatments a year and an aeration. I also have free service calls for any issues I might see between services and have only had to call them out a few times in 25 years. If you want quality service, I would suggest Pro Lawn all day.

My wife Joanne and myself have always lived by the phrase "You're only as old as you feel". Now, we are 83 and 81 years old and have lived a very active life, but we feel 83 and 81. I have always taken pride in my lawn. I found it relaxing to mow, fertilize, plant flowers, etc. I had back surgery 2 years ago an just haven't been the same since. Up until about 9 months ago, I was still working in my own yard, but just couldn't do it anymore. I managed to get my daughter and grandchildren to help with mowing and planting but the lawn itself was not the lawn I had worked on for most of my life anymore. I started getting brown patches, and it seemed like no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to look healthy. I started calling around and the cost was going to be too high. I called Pro Lawn Plus Lawn Care and I told them what I needed and they assured me they could take care of me. I am a senior citizen, on a fixed income, and the price they gave me after measuring my yard front and back was definitely affordable. I have monthly service, for the last 9 months, and am very satisfied. They always call me the day before to let me know my lawn will be done. They are very courteous and professional.

I was at my wits end with my grass. I was ready to yank it all up and re-sod. I was talking with a friend who had Pro Lawn Plus as their lawn service company and was very happy with them, and decided to give them a shot as I really didn't want to spend the money to have it re-sodded. I called them up, they gave me a one time price and I was scheduled for 2 days later. My lawn just wasn't full or green, in fact it was quite brown. The technician's name was Carlos and he was very polite and seemed to know the business. He said I had chinch bugs. He went ahead and treated my yard and within about 6 weeks I saw grass creeping back in, green grass. I decided at that point to call them up and order regular service. That was in May, it is now October and my lawn is much fuller, greener and bug free. Pro Lawn Plus gets an A+++!

I bought a house and easily had the worst lawn in my neighborhood. I actually saw a Pro Lawn Plus truck driving down the road to service another home near mine. I walked down and spoke to the gentleman (Leonard). He told me he was on his last lawn and that he'd come by and take a look at mine when he was finished. Wow, that's dedication. So, about 15 minutes later he rang my doorbell. He let me know that my lawn was mostly dollar weed. He explained to me what he could do to help my lawn, how often it would need to be treated and that he would be the one taking care of it personally. I decided to purchase a package before he left. That was 2 months ago, 2 treatments later, and my lawn looks so much better. I am completely satisfied with my service, the customer service this company provides and would recommend them to others in need of proper lawn service.
