Mariners Wharf Apartments

I wouldn't chose this complex again. Where do I start? The grounds are a disaster litter everyone nobody cleans up. The staff is rude one person (Michael) in particular...very unprofessional for an employee who lives on grounds. Electric bill is high because the insulation sucks in these 20 year old apts and you can hear every noise in parking lot and all hours of the night I hear people. Also you have to like train noise to live here because you can count on hearing about 5 a day all through the night. Only way I know how to describe my neighbors is GHETTO. Save yourself the stress- Move elsewhere!!!
