Steve was the person who assisted with framing a picture. This busy is NOT open during regular business hours. ( This information is not provided to you when you leave a piece of art). Payment in full requested up front. It is extremely difficult getting in touch with Steve. The phone delivers an annoucement message which means the customer cannot leave a message for Steve. He did phone to state when I can pick up the frame. I did arrive during the hours that were stated on the message and the business was locked while Steve was out on errands. I also phoned Steve on a Tuesday to inquire if I can pick up the frame on Saturday as I was going to be next door at another business. The answer was NO but he was able to have the frame ready one business day later. This man does NOT know the meaning of "Customer Service"! I would NEVER utilize this business in the future and I will discourage others from utilizing this business.
