Upon making an appointment to get an estimate on having a crown placed and a veneer repaired I clearly stated I did not want any work done and would be going for two other estimates before I decided on a dentist. The receptionist said ok and the appointment was made. Long story short...at the end of the appointment I was told I owed them $100 for a new patient exam. They didn't do any work or even clean my teeth for that matter. The receptionist stated I told you on the phone it would be $100 for a new patient exam. I reminded her this was not true and she just looked at me in a daze, etc. I have never been charged for an estimate from a dentist. Please think twice before going here and if you do go- get everything in writing before you sit in the chair. Even an estimate. Such a shame. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here.

On her second visit to this office my daughter in-law had work done on her which was more of what her dental plan covered. She was not informed before hand as to her outof pocket cost. When the work was finished they told her that she had to pay $400.00at once. My daughter in-law complained because of their unprofessional behavior. She asked for and was denied a payment plan. They told her that they would not allowedher to leave the premises until she made full payment. That's when they told her that that she could apply for a credit card [CareCredit] which would pay for the service rendered. Unsure as to her legal rights, my daughter in-law relented to their wishes. As soon as the creditcard company approved a very high amount of credit, the staff attitude had a 190* change. Telling her that they were scheduling her an appointment. For which my daughter in-lawresponded for them not to bother. That she will never again set foot in their offices. Costumers beware. This to me looks like a scam. Always beware of the forms you sign. Unknowingly you might be signing your legal rights.

Dr. Rodriguez and her entire staff are very professional, experienced and friendly. Her expertise has impressed me over the years and I feel totally confident and comfortable in her care. I have never been turned away in an emergency and I appreciate the fact that Dr. Rodriguez has performed all the necessary procedures without having to refer me to a specialist. Thank you doctor!

I had the benefit of being treated by Dr. Rodriguez and her staff. I had lost a crown. Dr. Rodriguez examined me and I needed a tooth extraction. Her staff was amazing! So caring, comforting, professional and each a perfectionists at their jobs. From the initial contact at the front desk , to my teeth cleaning, to the extraction procedure! There were a couple of emergencies in the waiting area. Dr. Rodriguez was so calm and made me feel as though I was her only patient. Her bedside manner second to none! USE THEM!
