Very disappointed in our last visit! Although I know this is one of the more "pricey" Vets in the area, I like the Drs., But:
1. I left my female pup for boarding and spaying. When I called to see how the surgery went, I found they had "accidentally" fed her the morning of the surgery, so it had to be delayed by a day.
2. Good that the Dr. called me to confirm the surgery went, but part of the visit was a check of an injured leg a month earlier, and he had no idea why he was to check the leg. I assume this was due to the office personnel not noting it properly.
3. So, today I picked her up, and they have lost her collar and leash, and honestly don't seem very concerned about it...
I had already noticed and had some concerns with the organization or lack thereof, of the office staff, and this is a confirmation that there is a lack of communication and customer treatment.
