It was important to us to get the job done right, and that's where Master Mechanical Services was a cut above the rest. We had two bids before them, and when Master Mechanical’s came in, we realized from the start that they knew their stuff. Our service tech was mentioning issues and concerns none of the others pointed out, and he spent about two hours with us explaining everything in layman's terms. It wasn't up-selling; it was information that simply made sense. I was prepared for his top-notch proposal to come with a top-notch price tag, but his quote was right in line with the others, yet he was offering SO much more.

Thank You Master Mechanical Simply put, you're not going to find a better HVAC company to work with than Master Mechanical HVAC, from the quality and craftsmanship of their work to their excellent knowledge and platinum customer service. The central A/C and heating system in our house was always subpar, but we never realized how bad it was until we started getting bids to have it replaced. Whoever flipped our house long before we bought it cut all sorts of corners, and the main unit on the roof was hanging off the edge of the plate sitting atop 2"x4"s. Every time it turned on, the unit would shake our entire home and cracks were starting to appear everywhere. It was important to us to get the job done right, and that's where Tina & Sean were a cut above the rest. We had two bids before Sean, and when he came in, we realized from the start that he knew his stuff. Installation was a breeze, and we are now loving the breeze our new system delivers. Sean was the project leader and on the premises for the entire installation, which included replacing all of our ducting, most of our vents, removal of the old unit, and installation of the new one on the roof. Sean and the crew treated our home as if it were their own and always left it in sparkling clean condition. Tina and her team at Master Mechanical HVAC will take great pride in delivering everything you need, and they do (and at a price that will surprise you, too!). I highly recommend using them for any HVAC need you have.

They only care that they got their money and if your item is not working correctly, you are screwed!

Now I have to dish out more money to pay for their non working product! I contacted the Chamber of Commerce, and the maker of the A/c unit.

Having a broken AC in the middle of the night with two lil ones is no joke. Sean and Jose were at my house within 20 minutes and fixed our AC in no time. Thank you for your quick turnaround time - no AC in Miami is no joke! I will definitely use Master Mechanical Services for all my AC issues and maintenances. It's hard to find a company like yours that gives quality customer service. In the past, my wife and I have tried other ac companies with horrific results.

But sorry to say there is a company that has copied a bit your business name...they didnt even call us back to help us. Nice to know we were able to get a hold of your company - the authentic one with a 30-year family business foundation.

Master Mechanical Services, Inc. has been in business for over 17 years! It is a family owned and operated company with over 25 employees! There may be other companies that replicate the name, but they can't replicate the service!
