Two Men And A Snake

Our experience with them was awful.

1. Over an hour late to start the job.
2. Helped themselves to the tools we had without asking. (They were a different contractor�s tools) The two workers had their own tools in their van, but were too lazy to walk out to the driveway to get them.
3. Drilled the wrong holes in the shower and had to replace it the next day.... only to crack the new shower surround when installing it. Told us that �it�s okay... the trim will cover the crack.� So we have a broken shower before we have even used it.
4. Scratched the shower head pipe upon install, and only replaced it when we asked about it.
5. Scratched our new drywall to hell when putting in the shower and then told us that the surround would cover it. Spoiler alert: it did not. So now we have drywall that needs to be replaced.
6. Left a huge mess on our new wood floors. Snow, water puddles, boxes, tools, cement dust everywhere. Didn�t even bother to clean it up.
7. Did not take responsibility for all of this and wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount. We will need to hire MORE work to be done after those idiots were in our home. After many calls to their office, we still ended up paying way more than I thought was fair.

Do yourself a huge favor and google someone else for any plumbing projects in your home. If you go with this company, please prepare yourself for problem after problem. Absolutely horrible.

They came out when our stool wouldn't work and fixed it. Chris was very polite and professional. Great Company!

Do not use them! Very rude and think woman are stupid! The over charge and do not have a license and do not get permits for jobs and even at times no not charge tax which is illegal!

I had a very poor experience with Ak-sar-ben. Initially I had sewage backup at my home, I called Sunday morning on a holiday weekend when it happened and someone was at my door within the hour. They determined that it was tree roots that caused the problem and got it taken care of and all was well. A great initial experience. Then the issue came back a couple of weeks later so I called them again to come out. They were unable to pin point the issue. They supposedly said they found something but it clearly didn't work as it came back again a couple of weeks later. I called again and they had me try to re-create the backup and we were unable to and he told me to install a floodguard that would have only made things worse. Based on a recommendation, I then called Two Men & A Snake and they were able to pinpoint the problem within 10 minutes. I had a sludge like buildup of grease and slime, etc that they jetwashed out as a somewhat normal fix. Two thumbs up for 2 Men & A Snake.
