South Pacific Storage

I have driven to South Pacific Storage four times in the last two weeks trying to get storage again. I had a great experience's when I rented there a little over a year ago. Brenda treated me with respect, & she took her time to explain everything to this old lady who never rented a storage unit in my life. I was scared about how safe this place was. But she showed me there security system & I felt better. When I couldn't find anybody in the office, then I called know body answered, I said, this is not like Brenda, she's always here. Well I found out she is no longer at South Pacific Storage! I wasn't pleased, Brenda if you see this, Dolly misses you kid, you did a great job, If you are working at a different Storage Facility please call me, I need Storage for 2 years...Place let me know, I refuse to rent at South Pacific Storage, they need to work on their people skills. I went to South Pacific storage a few days ago and wanted to talk to Brenda about renting a storage unit. No one was around. I wanted to talk to Brenda because she helped me out when S&W took over the property. She was always very helpful and she knew what was available and when it would be available. Big loss for this company. Five stars for Brenda, none for South Pacific Storage.

Hi my name is John I was a client of South Pacific Storage for a very long time, Brenda the manager treated me great. When I would forget my code and it was a Sunday I called her cell & she would always answer the cell then she came to the Storage places and open the office take the time to look up my account and find my code. That's why I followed her here from the other places she worked at. She gives her clients a 100% of great services. I walked in to the office last week 11/18 I asked where Brenda was and this short balled guy said his name was Mike he's the owner, I said where is Brenda the manager he tells me I fired her yesterday because she raised the prices to the storage units with out my approval. I find that odd. What would Brenda have to gain from that. I have known the lady for many years, she would not do a dishonest thing like that. If she could help someone, she would & she would give her last dollar to help you she would. I think what they did to Brenda was wrong and dishonest. She worked 6 to 7 days a week, and very longer hours to make this storage place no#1 for her boss. I will never ever uses South Pacific Storage again. Brenda I hope this reaches you. Keep your head up, you were a great manager, you will be missed. I no longer have accounts here. I was with this company because of her. She will be so missed. They over worked this poor child. If you know what kind of manager she was leave your feelings about her. She deserves better then this. DON T RENT WITH THIS SELFISH-JERK

Brenda at SPS was extreamly helpful in putting together a package that fit my needs. She is verry personable and makes you feel like she's looking out for your best interests. Very clean operation.

Have to say even a simpe business needs good customer service and this company had it. Brenda, the manager really takes care to make sure that things are done well. Not only do they have secure storage, but allow use of a 1.5 ton truck to help customers move things around. They really made my move so much easier.

We have been a customer of South Pacific Storage for over two years. There are a lot of RV Storage facilities available in Omaha, but we have been a loyal South Pacific Storage client primarily as a result of the customer service that Ms. Bolte has provided. South Pacific Storage has done themselves a great favor by employing Ms. Bolte as the manager and face of this facility. While the extensive security tools have been very important to us, excellent corporate representation that is responsive to customer needs is equally important.Thank you Ms. Bolte for representing South Pacific Storage in such a professional manner. Your managerial approach in dealing with customers provides a distinct advantage for South Pacific Storage.

The security cameras and fencing are top notch. Brenda enthusiastically WORKS for you to meet your needs and is very friendly. Even the office looks great. Smells good, and is clean. Not to mention the candy always at the desk. ;-) You can tell this place is new and run well.Some other places smell like a cigar club and you can barely breath in there.

I've been with South Pacific Storage for about a year and have been nothing but impressed with the quality of the units and dedication to customer service. Brenda has been more than helpful in making this a pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend South Pacific Storage and will come to them first with any future storage needs.

I shopped around for storage units before finding SPS and was very disappointed in the rude service and poor quality of facilities available . Brenda's knowledge of the industry, pride in their security and cleanliness sold me immediately. I knew my belongings would be safe and secure with Brenda watching over the property! She's been amazing to work with and South Pacific should be be proud to have her representing their company!!

The security is a plus; the units are clean. Brenda, the manager goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to be friendly and helpful!! She certainly builds positive relationships for the company. My only wish for improvement would be more affordable prices.

Hello All - my name is Scot; I relocated to Omaha over 2 years ago. I've had my RV stored at South Pacific for that same 2+ year period. I have no complaints, but rather KUDOS - I can honestly say Brenda is the reason why I stay. She's the best site Manager I've met. My only regret is that they don’t have any storage units large enough to house my motorhome indoors. Keep up the great work!

My name is Terry Davis, and I first contacted SP Storage in October 2011 to inquire on storage in November 2011. I have rented with them ever since. Brenda Bolte has been very friendly, very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. She takes a personal interest in you and your needs and does everything she can to help you out. She is even trying to help save me money with a different need I have even when she has nothing to gain from it other than making me a satisfied customer. I have not had to worry about my items even when I am out of town for months at a time. The security seems to be top notch. I would be happy to recommend SP Storage for storage and also for a truck rental if you need to move something in town. I was extremely happy with both.
