Salon Capelli

I go to Salon Capelli for my nails with Danette and to have my hair done with Lisa. I have had nothing but superior service from the moment I walk in the door for either appt. Tomorrow I am going to have a facial by Kim whom I have heard rave reviews on from two friends. I won't be looking for another salon EVER! I don't know who the previous review was from, but I have never had substandard service there and I have been going to Salon Capelli since they opened last year.

First off, I would like to apologize for your negative experience at Salon Capelli. My hope as the owner of Salon Capelli is that each and every client that comes through our doors experiences the finest of everything, service and quality. Unfortunately at the time you came in to utilize your Groupon, we were experience difficulties with our nail tech, who is no longer with us. When it became clear that she was not a proper fit for our salon, the damage had already been done. The quality of her service and professionalism were already obviously in question. I'm very sorry that your experience was unpleasant. I would love the opportunity to change your opinion of our salon. Further, we have undergone a change in our front desk reception. I am pleased to announce this change as well. Our new receptionist is as pleasant as they come with your comfort level as her first priority. Again, I would love the opportunity to change your mind on your opinion of Salon Capelli. Thank you.

Not impressed. First, I tried to call to schedule an appointment and got voicemail during business hours. I left a message and never rec'd a call back in a little over a week timespan. Typically, I would leave it at that, but I had a Groupon for a Deluxe Spa Manicure that I was not going to waste and was able to schedule an appointment online. When I arrived at the appointment, the receptionist was on the phone and others with customers, but noboby so much as looked up and smiled to even acknowledge my presence and when the receptionist was off of the phone, I was greeted by attitude. Additionally, the description from the Deluxe Spa Manicure didn't match what I actually rec'd in the store. There was no hand massage or parafin dip. I wouldn't complain too much about that b/c I purchased the deal through Groupon for half off, but I would not have been pleased had I paid full price. For the half off price, though, my nails look very nice. Unfortunately, that's about the only positive thing I can say.
