DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The management was really nice when we initially moved in, but after we moved in and placed our first complaint, it was an uphill battle. They constantly blamed us for everything whenever we would place a work order. I'm not sure if they are oblivious to the fact that their properties in Dundee on Dodge are very old, or if they are in denial. We told them the place was too hot in the summer, but they said we could not have control over the heating and cooling because one apartment controls the whole building. I have never heard of such a thing in my life. We heard people complained about there being rodents in their building and it took them over 3 months to send someone out. By that time 3 of the tenants were ready to leave along with ourselves included at our building. Really lady, rats in the building! I finally just got out of there don't expect a refund on the deposit, at least that's what i heard from past tenants and neighbors. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Worst landlords ever! I'm a 34 year old professional with a long history of positive rental experiences and I have never been so shocked and disappointed with a landlord. These landlords broke the law repeatedly by demanding I evacuate my apartment with no notice because the new tenant wanted to move in early, repeatedly entering my apartment without providing notice, and then keeping my security deposit of $895. I literally had to send a friend over to my apartment while I was on a business trip to move all of my things out because they threatened to remove my things for me. This was all several weeks before the negotiated move-out date (a negotiated date that I had been really flexible about, agreeing to leave my apartment before the end of the month/end of the lease term).
