Educate each about the importance of preventative health measures. DWH is dedicated to providing strong health promotion and disease prevention through advocacy. Education. And care to the citizens of Chicago south suburbs. We will continually provide evidence based practice. DWH will collaborate with other established healthcare providers and services to expand OUR vision and commitment to the communities we serve. HPV screening and EDUCATION; PREVENTATIVE health COUNSELING; REPRODUCTIVE health COUNSELING; SCREENING for general health problems; hypertension. Diabetes. Thyroid; gynecological evaluations and treatment; STI screening &treatment & follow UP preconception counseling; pregnancy testing; Family planning: natural Family planning. Pills.
