Good Dog University

So, my family and I had an appointment set up for 11-19-08 for a trainer from Good Dog University to come to a pet store and train our dog with me. Well, at least she had enough decency to e-mailed us and said that the classes had to be put off week and we rescheduled for 11-26-08 @ 7:00 pm. After running all errands, forgetting the check, turning around, getting the trainers check, and RUSHING to the pet store, there weren't any lights on at the store. So, I take my dog to the door and there is a sign that says "Sorry, Out Of Business". That sign was for the pet store...NOT FOR THE OBEDIENCE CLASSES. There was no sign about the obedience classes and no phone numbers on the paperwork for me to contact the lady "trainer". So, I went back home and checked the caller ID and also checked e-mails and, what do you know, there was NOTHING about the classes being moved, canceled, or anything ! I called the number listed above and left a voice message on the answering machine and still have NOT had a response. I would think that common courtesy would be to inform a client about changes. That is NOT professional!!! It would've been no problem at all to reschedule since it was the day beore Thanksgiving, but Good Dog University didn't even give me the opportunity. I really would've liked to work with them except I don't feel they want or need my business. Anyways, that's all there is to it. I wouldn't recommend Good Dog University. Sorry.
