We do apologize for your unfortunate experience at Sears in Okmulgee. The sales associate did not put a sold tag on the appliances and another associate sold the same product. We did offer to get another set for you and have it come in just a few days for you. I am sorry that you did not chose this option and once the store had the cash in hand you received your cash. Once again we are very sorry for your bad experience and we have taken steps to make sure this does not happen again.

I've had the worse experience ever with sears I had purchased a washer and dryer Wed. Was going to have it delivered Sat. I called Saturday to see what time it was suppose to be delivered and come to find out they had sold my product to another customer. She offered my money back. I went to get my refund and for a week now they have no funds to give me so now a week later I'm out a washer and dryer and 674.00 I payed in cash and expected my cash back they are making me wait 10 days for a check. They did not try to make it right with me at all. I would suggest nobody to do business at Sears! Stephanie
