They falsify records, said they drew 2 labs on me when they only drew one. The first lab they drew on me was abnormal. The false lab they added to my record was "normal". Said they did a complete head to toe assessment when they did not !!! They loose labs, that are urgent. Ran a STAT lab 2 days after receiving it. they triaged my son at a 4 when he had bone sticking out of his finger cause the nurse thought he had "a cut". He sat in the ER for 4 hours cause they said there was nothing wrong with him. The ER staff are very rude and disrespectful. The doctors are good and respectful and deserve kudos. The dr that finally seen my son was upset that he was treated like he was and he went above and beyond to help him.

The nursing home in Broken Arrow, OK referred me to take my Dementia mom to Hope. I can advise you to please DO NOT take your loved one there. They doped my mom up on all kinds of Physc meds. that she didn't need. When I went to get her out because she kept getting worse they call Adult Protective Services on my...stay AWAY!! Dr. Starky is horrible. All she needed was meds. to help her sleep at night.
