West Lake Manufactured Homes Park

I have lived here for 4 years at first the place was nice and quiet now that the new company has taken over my rent has gone up 3 times without any notice or reason they just want more money I guess it's sad when my lot rent is higher than my mortgage and I also find it funny that I get told that I can't the a gate or little pool for my kids even tho their pool is always warm water and dirty so I don't let my kids go there cars flying around with loud music with kids everywhere but they will not put up more speed bumps but they want to raise our rent. And than there is all the new violence cops blocking off street homes getting vandalized I'm just waiting for my year to be up so I can move my home out of this place.

Wow.. Where to start. Guess with the manager. Unprofessional and very rude... Storm came through in March of 15' didn't get Windows replaced until I called to check on them. I was understandable as they have a lot of properties. SEPTEMBER OF THE SAME YEAR... Also had theiving problems. My neighbors lawmower was stolen, my kids bikes got stolen, my BBQ GRILL was stolen. Air conditioner went out and would freeze up. They didn't care. Still wasn't fixed when I moved out. Did I mention the manger was rude as Sh*%. I would rather live under a bridge then rent from them again. Worst year and a half I've ever experienced renting anywhere... Electric bill ran 190-275 for a single wide.. Well with Windows busted and ac running cuz it's 100000 degrees in OkC in the summer. Pool was always closed.. Shady matnance guys riding around steeling things. AVOID TRUST ME.

One star not kid friendly, not handicap friendly if you are either might as well go on somewhere else. Had to return my sons birthday present a very small kid pool. It was bought for us by a family member cause my wife has a disability and cannot get to the "community" pool and the few times the community pool was open and I was off work and took her she could not swim because it's not handicap accessible... also because everybody likes to f###### stares all the time. So we were going to get a slip and slide because it's not in our agreement but somehow we aren't allowed to have those either. This is a God forsaken place for kids or the handicapped too live. Someone should call the ada and get something done.

I have lived here going on 3 yrs and they have raised the rent 3 times.... Not by just a little bit.... by about 20 bucks a mo each time.

I guess that's their way of getting their money back for the move in special that they advertise.

I own my house and plan on getting it moved out of here as soon as I can.

It wouldn't be so bad if the maintenance would do a better job at keeping the grounds up. However, that is not the case. The maintenance guys are rather lazy.



It's also rather hard to find anyone working at the office if you need anything. There is always a sign in the window "Out to Lunch" or "Out on Property"...



Very poorly managed property!!!!

This place has horrible customer relations! We sat there in her office ( with the first months rent check in hand) waiting for 10 minutes while the maintenance man taked about his story about his broken shovel, the manager totally blew us off. Then tried to sell us a home. She never took our check but instead told us to wait and see if she could get (them) to let us buy the place. But now she wont even call us back. She keeps making up excuses.
