i have rented with welcome home for almost a year now and i have not had any issues. when I moved in I just had 2 things I needed fixed and they did it in less than a week. if u are looking for a place to live then definitly give them a call

This is quite possibly the worst rental company i've ever dealt with. In the 2 years we rented from them, there were continually late with repairs and responses. After moving out they have refused to return any deposit. Definitely don't rent from them

Horrible management company! Do not lease from them. I left the house in perfect condition and they charged me 600$ to re paint closets and clean carpets which I already cleaned. The manager and owner will tell you lie after lie. It took them 4 months to get my deposit back. Rent rates are way too high. Once again do not have anything to do with this comapny.

This is the largest residential property management company in the OKC metro and the only one with an entire staff of leasing agents, account reps, and full in-house maintenance division to save us as owners tons of money on our properties and create efficient timely reporting of everything going on with the properties. A GREAT resource for managing your properties!
